Connections + Creativity + Collaboration = Success

Rachel Vogel-Marker, is the Managing Partner of EMRAES, an international consulting firm that focuses on every aspect of an Architecture, Engineering & Construction (A/E/C). Her background includes working with small firms to Fortune 100 International firms.

Dale Carnegie trained, Rachel has a passion for speaking. She serves as a speaker, emcee, panel moderator, workshop facilitator, and live text message polling moderator.  Her presentations often utilize new technology and carefully thought out workbooks to encourage attendees to take action. When speaking at a conference, she will often incorporate the conference theme into her presentations.

A subject matter expert in Strategic Planning, Business Development, Networking, Personal Branding and more, Rachel can also develop a presentation, workshop or series based on the needs of the particular group or attendees.  A business coach/mentor, Rachel is able to help her clients connect their goals and vision with their plans and actions.

Rachel has been involved in the A/E/C industry for more than 20 years.  A strategic planning and business development and marketing expert, she consults for professional organizations as well as firms opening new markets;  business lines; product launches; succession planning and transitioning; as well as firms just looking to take their business to the next level.

Rachel organizes educational programs and workshops, panel discussions, public education and more on a number of topics that tackle industry trends and issues. She also leads workshops in networking, creativity, and business development among others for clients, professional organizations and colleagues. Rachel develops special events and fundraisers that enhance client interaction while building their brand and maintaining a commitment to community.

In 2010, Rachel created Networking for No Reason. This organization puts on networking events in multiple markets based on fun and seemingly silly themes, such as Peanut Butter Lover’s month, for the PURE intention of getting people around a great group of good-humored folks to network for no good reason. With attendees upwards of 350 plus at these events, it is the perfect opportunity for local organizers to highlight their firm or professional organization within their community.
